Services Provided by Hart to Heart Fitness
To design a worksite wellness program, health promotion strategies need to be based on the unique and diverse wellness needs of each company's employee profile. Diane Hart can conduct a comprehensive needs assessment which will identify what kinds of workplace wellness activities are appropriate in a given setting. Data can be used to measure progress and evaluate the changes in the health of the aggregate employee population.
Individual Fitness Assessment
An Individual Fitness Assessment (IFA) measures the five components of physical fitness: muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition, cardio-respiratory fitness and flexibility. The main purpose of the individual fitness assessment is to determine one's present physical fitness status, assess suitability for engaging in regular exercise, and identify risk factors that are associated with premature heart disease. Assessments can be customized and conducted on-site. Body composition is analyzed using Futrex, a non-invasive near-infrared technology.
