Diane Hart is the Chair and architect of Global Employee Health and Fitness Month (GEHFM), a FREE workforce wellness program for the month of May each year. Throughout GEHFM, employers/individuals everywhere are invited to participate and challenge their employees to create Healthy Moments, form Healthy Groups and develop a Culminating Community Project. Participants will be able to log these activities on the website throughout the month, allowing employers and employees to track, share and promote their individual and group activities. You will be recognized as a champion for healthy choices throughout the initiative. Participation is FREE. For more information, contact Diane at email@example.com or 518-456-1058.

To design a worksite wellness program, health promotion strategies need to be based on the unique and diverse wellness needs of each company's employee profile. Hart to Heart Fitness™ can conduct a comprehensive needs assessment which will identify what kinds of workplace wellness activities are appropriate in a given setting. Data can be used to measure progress and evaluate the changes in the health of the aggregate employee population.
Individual Fitness Assessment
An Individual Fitness Assessment (IFA) measures the five components of physical fitness: muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition, cardio-respiratory fitness, and flexibility. The main purpose of the individual fitness assessment is to determine one's present physical fitness status, assess suitability for engaging in regular exercise, and identify risk factors that are associated with premature heart disease. Assessments can be customized and conducted on-site. Body composition is analyzed using Futrex, a non-invasive near-infrared technology.
